BECAUSE YOUR TRUST IS SO IMPORTANT

Your trust is the cornerstone of our relationship.  That is why we work so diligently to safeguard your privacy.  The information that you provide us is kept in the strictest of confidence.  We do not sell personal information about our customers to anyone.  We are proud to make that commitment to you, because your trust is the foundation of our business.

“We”, “our”, and “us”, when used in this notice, mean Founders Community Bank.  When we use the words “you” and “your” we mean the following types of customers:

THE CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY, AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information

INFORMATION ABOUT FORMER CUSTOMERS

If you decide to close your accounts(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy practices described in this notice.  We do not disclose information about former customers, except as permitted by law.
