J. Todd Mirolla

A resident of San Luis Obispo, California, Mr. Mirolla is the Chair of the Business and Real Estate Transactions Group for Andre, Morris & Buttery, a professional law corporation, and is a shareholder in the firm. Andre, Morris & Buttery is a law firm located on the Central Coast of California, with offices in San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. For over fifty years, the firm has provided both local and national representation to Fortune 500 companies, local businesses, and individuals.

Mr. Mirolla has more than 20 years of business transactions experience in a wide array of matters. He concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation and operations, employment law, intellectual property law, financing transactions and real property transfers.

Mr. Mirolla is admitted to practice before the state and Federal courts in California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California and the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association. Mr. Mirolla serves as a member of the American Bar Association Section on Business Law.

Mr. Mirolla received both his B.A. (magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and J.D. degrees from the University of Southern California. He is a former Adjunct Professor of Business Law at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Mr. Mirolla serves on the Board of Directors of the IHSS Public Authority of San Luis Obispo County, the Mission Memorial Foundation and the San Damiano Foundation.
